Our Plan to Restart in-person gatherings at Church

A few key points about the plan:

• This is a flexible and fluid plan that we can adapt at any time, and also adjust to follow the Government's timescale should any of the dates change as the lockdown easing progresses.
• We will review after each step before progressing to the next one, and use this time to adjust, innovate, plan and prepare for new church activities going forwards.
• Our Sunday morning service will continue to include video content from home and focus on the broadcast for the time being, but we want to give people the opportunity to attend in person and enjoy the service from the church if they would like to. 
• We've updated sections with dates for hall hiring after receiving enquiries, church activites will always take priority here.

ABC Road Map 1.0:

Preparations:

• New re-opening risk assement produced - Completed
• Updates to the ABC Covid Charter and procedures - Completed
• Church building prepared accordingly - Completed
• Team preparations - In Process

Step 1 (PART 1) - From March 8th onwards:

• Restart team broadcast services from the Church building from Sunday 14th March
• PowerHouse Prayer meeting back at Church building from Wednesday 17th March (subject to booking and restrictions as before) including Zoom particiaption for those at home.

 Step 1 (PART 2) - From March 29th onwards:

• Restart in-person gathering on Sunday's (including Broadcast) for those that would like to attend from Easter Sunday 4th April (Subject to booking and restrictions as before).
• Walking group can restart subject to the 'Rule of 6' outdoors
• Possibilty of outdoor small groups/homegroups up to 6 people in private gardens or other outside settings
• Little Tiddler Mums group (up to 15 people) can meet outdoors

 Step 2 - From April 12th onwards:

• Little Tiddler Mums group (up to 15 people) can meet indoors at Church
• No other changes at this step
• Review

 Step 3 - From May 17th onwards:

• Possible restart of adapted Kids Church from Sunday 23rd May
• Small groups/homegroups could meet indoors up to 6 people
• Table tennis group could restart
• Pilates group to restart in hall (no other hall hiring)
• Outdoor worship events permitted
• Review

 Step 4 - From June 21st onwards:

• Return to unrestricted Church services on Sundays from Sunday 27th June
• Return to unrestricted Partnership Meetings
• Possible Little Tiddlers full sessions pilot from Tuesday 6th July
• Unrestricted small group/homegroups and PowerHouse prayer
• Other hall hire requests can be considered
